Recent works by Erna Aaltonen – Thomas Bohle – Claire Lindner – Ursula Morley-Price – Ann Van Hoey

Following this peculiar time of social distancing and lockdawn, Galerie de l’Ancienne Poste wishes to present exceptionally this summer a collective show clearly entitled “Ensemble – Together”, grouping five renowned European artists who are representative of the gallery. For three of them (Erna Aaltonen, Ursula Morley-Price, Ann Van Hoey), the exhibition fits in with their work’s display at La Piscine Museum in Roubaix, whose Carte Blanche to Galerie de l’Ancienne Poste was inaugurated in March and will be prolonged with the museum’s reopening.

This group also welcomes Austrian ceramist Thomas Bohle among the gallery’s artists after a first solo show that was particularly noticed in 2018. While Claire Lindner presents recent sculptures in keeping with her acclaimed contribution to the show “Formes vivantes” scheduled in winter 2019-2020 at the Adrien-Dubouché National Museum in Limoges. A Lindner’s artwork has integrated the collections of the Museum.
